Ashley has played a large role in shaping Collab Beauty’s wellness-focused approach. She developed our signature scalp facial experience. Along with caring for clients, she helps oversee the day-to-day flow of the salon, ensuring both guests and team members feel comfortable, supported, and cared for.

Kristen helps lead the vision and growth of Collab Beauty through the behind-the-scenes systems, business development, and creative direction that keep the salon evolving. She is our salon Educator and helps support the next generation of stylists.
